When talking about our Environment,we can look at it from different levels.

We can talk about the world,the continent,the country,the province or state,the city or town, the place we live in or just the space an individual occupies.

We can talk about Going Green,protecting the Ozone, Global Warming,Toxic Emissions,and lots of things that effect our environment and effect us.

Let’s talk about the environment we create within ourselves.

That’s an interesting thought. What does the environment within you have to do with being healthy?

The point is,in order to have a healthy personal environment; we need to create a Balanced Life.

6) DEVELOP HIGH SELF-ESTEEM: Let go of your emotional baggage,treat yourself with respect.

7) LIVE IN THE PRESENT: Yesterday’s gone. Tomorrow never comes.Everything is always in the present moment,so live it fully.

8) DREAM: Visualize your goals and your dreams-every day.Visualize yourself already in possession of your wishes.

9) LIVE WITH INTEGRITY: How you live your life is reflected in you commitments,your values,your beliefs,your sense of right and wrong.
